Clickferry is authorized to carry out its activity as a wholesale travel agency, and is currently registered in the Andalusian Tourism Registry in the Travel Agencies section, wholesale group, with identification code AN-293000-3.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND NATURE OF THE DATA PROCESSED

Depending on the form completed by the User in each case, the data may be processed for the following purposes:

Customers:The information collected in the contracting procedure is processed for the purpose of managing the sale of the product and/or service requested by the User. The data collected are of an identifying nature (name, surname, address, telephone, email) as well as data related to the purchase process, payment and billing. 

Registered Users (My Clickferry):The data collected in this section will be used to improve the experience of contracting products and/or services of the Users in future processes facilitating and expediting the purchase, auto - filling in their personal data and of the persons accompanying them as well as the vehicle or vehicles. 

Section "e-invoice":The information collected in this section is treated with the purpose of processing the management of the corresponding invoice, as part of the services derived from the sale of our products. The data collected are of an identifying nature (name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail) as well as data related to the purchase process (payment method). 

Section "Groups":The information collected here is treated with the purpose of providing a personalized offer based on the needs and interests that you indicate in each case. The data collected in this case are of an identifying and contact nature (name, surname and address, e-mail), as well as data related to the query or request made by the User in each case. 

Section "Answers":The personal data you provide through this form will be used to identify you as a registered user and to publish your queries and answers in this section. 

Contact Section: In the event that the User completes the contact form, your data will be used in order to respond to the query or request for information that may be requested. The data collected in this case are of an identifying and contact nature (name, surname and address), as well as data related to the query or request made by the User.

Section "Affiliates":Your data will be used in order to send you information about our affiliate program and, where appropriate, to manage the relationship with our affiliates. The information collected will be limited to identification data and e-mail address. 

Sending commercial communications:By subscribing to our newsletter, we will send you periodic communications via email, with information about our services and news related to such services. Likewise, we will send commercial communications to the user, when he/she has expressly consented to it by marking the express authorization boxes enabled on this website. The information collected is limited to name and e-mail address.

Clickferry is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of this requirement, as well as for the incidences derived from the lack of accuracy or veracity of the information provided by third parties.

RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We inform Users that the processing of information collected through this website does not involve international transfer of data.

In relation to the recipients of the information collected through this website, we inform you that, when necessary for the formalization of the online contracting process, we will communicate the strictly necessary data to the suppliers of the products and services and/or to the Tour Operators or organizers of the package tours chosen by the User, for the sole purpose of fulfilling the purpose of the contract.

BASIS LEGITIMIZING THE DATA PROCESSING

The basis that legitimizes the processing of data is the consent and acceptance of the User in each of the sections in which personal information is collected. The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

CONSERVATION OF THE DATA

  • Section "e-invoice": The information will be stored for a period of five years at the user's disposal.
  • Section "Groups": The data will be kept for as long as the relationship between the arts is maintained. After this period, the data will be duly blocked and subsequently deleted.
  • Section "Responses": The data will be kept indefinitely unless the interested party expresses its desire to remove the data from the website.
  • Section "Contact": The information will be kept for the period necessary to meet the request for consultation or information requested by the user, then the data will be deleted.
  • Section "Affiliates": The data will be kept during the period in which the relationship between the parties is maintained. Subsequently, they will be kept duly blocked during the period of prescription of legal actions and after this period, the data will be deleted.
  • Sending commercial communications: The data will be kept indefinitely unless the interested party expresses its opposition to receiving further communications, in which case we will proceed to the deletion of your data immediately.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

The User has the right to access his/her personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The User will be able to request the limitation of the treatment of his/her data, in which case Clickferry will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims. In certain circumstances and for reasons related to his/her particular situation, the User will be able to oppose to the treatment of his/her data. In this case, Clickferry will stop processing the data, except for legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims. Finally, we inform you about your right of portability foreseen in the RGPD so that your data can be provided to the Data Controller that the User indicates to us.
